Geological Drilling Ltd/Tayssir Drilling SAS is committed to providing a SAFE work environment for all employees and clients by offering extensive hands-on health, safety and environment training. We equip our teams with the tools and resources they need to work safely and in an environmentally responsible way. Our drilling operations manager/safety officer upholds 25 years of internationally recognized Australian Drilling Industry Association (ADIA) licenses, up to class IV in water-well drilling, and a Certificate III in Retail Supervision (Australia). 

We offer ground-up training for minimally experienced locals and have an excellent record of training and promoting the indigenous workforce to advanced positions. In addition to extensive HS&E training our personnel receives cultural awareness training and which has been adapted into our company policy, and incorporates understanding and respecting the local culture, along with its religious and traditional practices.
